Love Fitness Education’s Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing gives any budding fitness/gym instructors the best possible chance of succeeding in the industry.

The course covers both practical and theoretical areas of the subject, including modules such as Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise, Instructing Gym-Based Exercise, Principles of Exercise Fitness and Health, and Health, Safety and Welfare in a Fitness Environment. Our commitment to providing the highest standards of teaching means that all of our courses are delivered by highly qualified and experienced industry professionals.

Because we firmly believe that you should be able to learn in a style and structure that suits you, the Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing can be studied on both a full time and a part time basis. The full time course consists of two intensive weeks of face to face tuition, running from Monday to Friday. The part time course is delivered across every other weekend, totalling four contact weekends. The practical elements areas of the course will be taught during this contact time and you will study the theoretical elements independently.

Whether you chose to study full or part time, you will receive a high level of support and guidance throughout your time with us, and beyond. Outside your scheduled face to face contact time, you will have access to online tutor support (via Skype and email), support in finding work, and ongoing assistance once you have graduated from your programme.
